Madison Rotary Club Begins Annual 50/50 Fundraiser to Support Local Charities
The annual fundraiser raises thousands for local charities, nonprofits, and high school scholarships in the Madison area.

The Rotary Club of Madison has announced its annual 50/50 Fundraiser is underway. In its 31st year, this project accounts for the major portion of funds to be distributed at the Club’s Charitable Distribution Luncheon in May.
The 2013 Grants & Sponsorship Luncheon provided $45,000 to more than 45 local charities, nonprofits and high school scholarships.
Other fundraising activities include the Rotary Family Festival, Taste of Madison, most recently Bottle Hill Day sales of hot dogs and hamburgers, and the upcoming Community Shredding Day.

There are 600 tickets to be sold at a cost of $100 per ticket. If all tickets are sold, the prize money will be awarded in the following amounts: First Prize: $20,000; Second Prize: $5,000; Third Prize: $3000; Fourth Prize: $1200 and Fifth Prize: $800.
Winning tickets will be drawn on Thursday, Dec. 11 at the Rotary Holiday Luncheon at the YMCA.Tickets may be purchased through any Madison Rotarian. For further information, please call 50/50 Committee Chairman Andrew Boles at 973-377-2377.
