New Options Available in Madison Open Houses

You'll have five chances to check out open houses this weekend if you're looking for a new home in Madison. Three of them are new to this guide, so this will give you a chance to get acclimated to them before you head over. All five will be held on the traditional day of Sunday. You'll have four hours to check them out, as three of them will be from 1-5 p.m., while the other two start at the same time, but will end at 4 p.m.

• 48 Shadylawn Dr. – Shown from 1 - 5 p.m. This Cape Cod home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two baths have been updated. It has a center-hall fireplace, and is listed for $469,900.
• 5 Delbarton Rd. – Shown from 1 - 5 p.m. This split-level home has four bedrooms and two baths, and has a fenced-in yard. The home has a living room, family room and rec room. It also has a deck. It is been reduced from $549,900 to $535,000.
• 17 Green Village Rd. – This colonial home has the most bedrooms on the list at five, and contains two bathrooms. It is a historic 100-year-old home. It has ten rooms in total. It is listed for $599,000.
