Photos: Cleaning Up Madison In Irene's Aftermath

Downed trees and power lines, as well as basement flooding, provided a lot for residents and employees to do on Monday.

As departments and residents assessed damage on Monday after Hurricane Irene swept through the borough, the cleanup effort was in full gear. Danforth road was closed Monday afternoon due to a downed tree near the gates, as was the because of hurricane-related issues.
