Break-In Tuesday Night At Old Bridge Home; Suspect Arrested
This happened Tuesday night at a home on Yellowstone Drive in Old Bridge.
OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A Marlboro Township man is accused of breaking into a home in Old Bridge, and stealing expensive chandeliers from the home, said Old Bridge Police.
The home break-in happened Tuesday night on Yellowstone Drive.
Old Bridge Police responded to a 911 call and upon arrival to the home, officers observed a man fleeing the area on foot. After a brief pursuit, officers apprehended Matthew A. Missak, 27, of Marlboro.

Following an on-scene investigation, it was determined that Missak had specifically targeted the home to steal valuable chandeliers, said police. The chandeliers required a specialized key to be lowered, which Missak was found to have in his possession at the time of arrest.
Missak was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Resisting Arrest and Eluding Officers.
