“We want to open our doors to all families in our respective communities on Healthy Kids Day,” said Laurie Goganzer, president and chief executive officer of YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, which serves over 36,000 people in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean counties. “It’s vital that everyone knows they are welcome to explore and use our facilities and services. It’s part of our mission and on Healthy Kids Day we want to make sure we provide the support needed to strengthen families.”
All families who attend Healthy Kids Day on April 20 will be given a complimentary one week pass to a YMCA of Greater Monmouth County facility. Non-members who attend will also have the chance to win a three-month membership at one of the regional Y locations.
