ABERDEEN, NJ — A 7-year-old girl was hit by a car Friday morning in Aberdeen, and the child is currently recovering from the incident.The child was struck by a car at 8:16 a.m. Friday while attempting to cross W. Prospect Avenue at Edgeview Road, said Aberdeen Police.The driver of the car that hit her stopped and remained at the scene. The girl was transported to Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
