Daisy & Duke Hope to Cuddle Up With Their Forever Family

Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue (CODAR) is an Aberdeen-based, non-profit canine rescue group that takes in dogs from high-kill shelters and puppy mills along the east coast and works to find them any necessary medical attention, foster care and a forever home.

Biscuit

Biscuit is approximately 1 1/2 years old and simply gorgeous.  Through no fault of his own, he finds himself looking for a home again.  Biscuit came to us a puppy in October 2011 and was adopted by a loving family who calls him their 'best friend' and says he is the most wonderful, loyal companion. Due to a family situation they are no longer able to keep Biscuit and are heartbroken and desperate to find parents for Biscuit who will love him as much as they do. 

Mugsy

Mugsy is a precious little Puggle, Pug-Beagle mix.  He is very friendly and loves everyone. Mugsy is a young dog and would be a great family pet.  He was rescued from a kill shelter in Missouri just in the nick of time! 

Bridgette

Bridgette, a Lab mix, is a sweet, loving and gentle dog. She had a pretty traumatic experience before she was saved. Bridgette was mauled by a bigger dog and pretty banged up, but thanks to my resilience and caring people she’s mending well. She loves people. Weighing in between 17 and 20 pounds, she’s just a little thing, but has a huge heart. She is a little nervous around other dogs, but in time will feel more comfortable. She did arrive with a smaller dog and was fine with her, but it might take me a little while to not seem nervous around new dogs, especially bigger ones, due to her experience. 

Ginger

Ginger is a pom or pom mix, very gentle and sweet. She was rescued from a kill shelter in Tennessee and is good with other dogs and cats. Ginger is spayed, vaccinated and ready for her forever home. 

Daisy & Duke

Daisy and Duke are two Doxie mixes pulled from a kill shelter in Ohio. They are here in New Jersey to search for their forever home.  Only about 12 weeks old, these little pups are up to date on shots and ready for their forever family. 

Lilly

Lilly is about four years old and about 25 to 30 punds. She was surrendered by her owner and is very well behaved, sweetand gentle. Lilly was rescued from a kill shelter in Missouri. 

Marlie

Marlie is a 6-month-old Chihuahua/Boston terrier mix.  She has been fully vetted and spayed.  Her potty training is coming along. She is brindle in color, and just a doll. Marlie plays well with dogs and does alright with cats. She was rescued from a Kentucky kill shelter.
