Donate Old Halloween Costumes At Monmouth County's Costume Swap

If you donate old costumes, you can then shop for new costumes at the Costume Swap Sept. 30 in Freneau Woods Park in Aberdeen:

ABERDEEN, NJ — Donate your gently used kids’, adults’ and pet costumes this Halloween at the Monmouth County Park System’s Eek-O-Fabulous Costume Swap.

It’s fun, easy and best of all, free. Here's how it works: Drop off a costume and receive a token entitling you to a “new” costume on the day of the swap. Costume drop-offs will be accepted Sunday-Friday, September 24-29 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Huber Woods Environmental Center, Middletown
  • Manasquan Reservoir Environmental Center, Howell
  • Thompson Park Visitor Center, Lincroft

“New” costumes can then be selected during the swap, which will be held Saturday, September 30 from 12-1:30 p.m. at the Freneau Woods Park Visitor Center in Aberdeen. Almost due or have a newborn? No token required for baby’s costume.
