Free Car Seat Safety Inspections In Sayreville This Dec., January

SAYREVILLE, NJ — Is your child’s car seat installed correctly? The Middlesex County Sheriff offers free car seat safety checks this December and January.

The checks are offered as part of a clinic, where certified child passenger safety technicians will inspect your car seat and demonstrate how to install it properly, provide hands-on education on the proper use of car seats and boosters, and share valuable information about child passenger safety laws and guidelines.

No appointment is required, walk-ins are welcome. Held at the Middlesex County Fire Academy, 1001 Fire Academy Drive, Building 5, Sayreville, NJ 08872, on the following dates:

• December 14: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
• December 18: 3:30 pm–7:30 pm
• January 11: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
• January 15: 3:30 pm–7:30 pm
• January 22: 3:30 pm–7:30 pm
• February 8: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
• February 12: 3:30 pm–7:30 pm
• February 19: 3:30 pm–7:30 pm
