New South Amboy Luxury Apartment Complex Opens

SOUTH AMBOY, NJ — Leasing will soon begin at Station Bay, the newest luxury rental complex to open in South Amboy.

While rent prices have not been released, this is a complex of 291 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental apartments on Radford Ferry Road. The developer is BNE Real Estate Group.

Construction on the South Amboy ferry terminal has not yet begun, and no ferry service provider has signed on. However, the developer is hopeful ferry service will open one day:
