Old Navy Coming To Rt. 9 In Marlboro Twp. Next Year

MARLBORO, NJ — An Old Navy is coming to Marlboro in 2024.

Old Navy just signed a 10-year lease to move into the 15,000-square-foot space previously occupied by Modell's Sporting Goods in Marlboro Plaza on Rt. 9.

Planet Fitness, in another 10-year lease, is taking over the Staples spot, according to the shopping center's social media site.

Rob Goldfeder, director of leasing for Basser Kaufman, the company that owns Marlboro Plaza, said Planet Fitness is expected to open in July 2024 and Old Navy may possibly open sooner. But he did not give an exact month in 2024.
