Paris Baguette Opening Old Bridge Location

OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A Paris Baguette cafe and bakery will open at the intersection of Rt. 9 and Schulmeister Road in Old Bridge, the company announced Friday.

No opening date has been set yet. Earl Koskie is the franchise owner.

Paris Baguette is in the midst of an ambitious expansion in New Jersey: Their newest Old Bridge location will bring the total number of Paris Baguette cafes in New Jersey to 28. The nearest existing Paris Baguettes are in North Brunswick and Edison.

In addition to Old Bridge, they will open three additional locations in surrounding markets, says the company, but did not reveal where.

Paris Baguette says they serve "world-class cakes, pastries, coffees, breads and other French-inspired bakery café fare."
