Extra Middlesex Boro Police On These Rds. This Week

MIDDLESEX BOROUGH, NJ — At the start of every week, the Middlesex Police Department will inform the public of those areas in the borough where they will intensify enforcement of traffic violations.

While enforcement of traffic violations will continue throughout the borough and especially in school zones, these areas will receive additional focus for the week of Sept. 22 - Sept. 28:

Location: Washington Avenue

Issue: Overweight Vehicles, Speeding

Location: Howard Avenue/Fisher Avenue

Issue: Parking Violations, School Pedestrian Safety

Location: Marlborough Avenue

Issue: Speeding, Overweight Vehicles

Last week’s traffic enforcement consisted of 114 motor vehicle stops conducted by Middlesex PD Officers.
