Hope Yoga is based out of Jamesburg, New Jersey. The owner of Hope Yoga, Gina Rafkind is doing something special for Autism Awareness Month that is worth talking about.

Hope Yoga is doing a special event to raise money for Autism Awareness. Hope Yoga is donating money to an autism awareness organization by their members donating a $2 puzzle piece, as well as encouraging their members to wear blue to show their support.

Hope Yoga always enjoys giving back to the community whenever they can, they last had a jacket drive to give back to people in need of jackets for the winter month. She also has a weekly class for special needs kids to attend a yoga class at their studio for a local organization. Reports show that physical activity such as yoga can be helpful for those who have autism.
