MIDDLESEX, NJ — Released by Middlesex borough Police, here are the arrests made from Oct. 6 through Nov. 4:

October 6 at 2:27 A.M. – Osvaldo I. Aldana, 54, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Boulevard. Officer Christian Dulin investigated.

October 11 at 6:41 A.M. – A resident of Second Street reported criminal mischief to their vehicle. It was determined that during the previous evening, an unknown individual(s) used a BB gun to damage multiple windows and a mirror. The cost of repairs was reported to be $2,202.34. Officer Bryan Rodrigues and Detective Scott Mulford are investigating.

October 11 at 6:46 A.M. – An individual reported that he was physically assaulted over a parking spot at 288 Lincoln Boulevard. Officer Christian Dulin investigated.

October 11 at 8:58 P.M. – A resident of Fairview Avenue reported a PSE&G scam. The resident reported receiving a call from who they believed was a PSE&G representative, instructing them to respond to a local 7-Eleven to rectify a billing issue. The resident then withdrew cash and used a Cash App barcode that was provided to them by the suspect to send the funds. After doing so, the resident realized it was a scam. The reported loss was $298.00. Officer Christian Dulin and Detective Sergeant Sean Flanagan are investigating.

October 13 at 2:32 P.M. – A proprietor of a Baekeland Avenue business reported a lost E-ZPass transponder and $4,500.00 in fraudulent E-ZPass transactions. Officer Scott Christofides and Detective Scott Mulford are investigating.

October 14 at 2:11 P.M. – Rashmeen Q. Casey, 41, of Plainfield was charged with Trespassing. Through his investigation, Officer Jamie Marczak determined that Ms. Casey unlawfully entered JVD Towing, 1003 Lincoln Boulevard to retrieve belongings from a vehicle.

October 19 at 9:39 A.M. – A resident of The Lofts reported criminal mischief to their vehicle. It was determined that during the previous evening, an unknown individual(s) placed a rock on the hood of their vehicle, resulting in a dent. Officer Colin DeVincenzo is investigating.

October 19 at 6:00 P.M. – Marwan A. Abdelazeez, 23, of East Brunswick was charged with Fraudulent use of a Credit Card. Through his investigation, Officer Jamie Marczak determined that on September 22, 2023, Mr. Abdelazeez used a lost credit card that belonged to a Baekeland Avenue business to fuel his personal vehicle.

October 20 at 1:03 A.M. – Gautama Reid, 46, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Avenue. Officer Christian Dulin investigated.

October 20, 2023 at 3:17 P.M. – A resident of Hancock Street reported they were defrauded out of $39,000 after an unauthorized transfer was made from their bank account. Officer April Menditto and Detective Scott Mulford are investigating.

October 23 at 3:02 P.M. – A resident of Roosevelt Drive reported they were defrauded out of $2,000. The resident reported the incident was initiated by phone, by an individual who they believed was a McAfee computer security software representative. The individual instructed them to withdraw funds from their bank account and deposit the money into a Bitcoin ATM to rectify a supposed billing issue. After doing so, the resident realized they were scammed. Officer Daniel Gurell and Detective Sergeant Sean Flanagan are investigating.

October 23 at 9:37 P.M. – A resident of Seneca Avenue reported a burglary and theft of cash, jewelry, designer brand bags and video game consoles. Officer Marc Arancio and Detective Sergeant Sean Flanagan are investigating.

October 24 at 2:57 P.M. – Robin Pena, 32, of Perth Amboy was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property, following a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue. During the course of the stop, it was learned that Mr. Pena was operating a motor vehicle that had been reported stolen to the Rahway Police Department. Mr. Pena was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility. Officer Jamie Marczak and Officer Scott Christofides investigated.

October 24 at 7:14 P.M. – A resident of Voorhees Avenue reported their child’s BMX bicycle, reportedly valued at $300, was stolen from Haverstick Park. The bicycle was later recovered and returned to the owner. Officer Christian Dulin and Officer Jamie Marczak investigated.

October 26 at 12:35 P.M. – An employee of CVS Pharmacy, 1252 Bound Brook Road reported that three suspects shoplifted $760.18 worth of men’s electric razors from the store. Officer Robert Dangler and Officer Joseph Centola investigated.

October 26 at 1:42 P.M. – Christina Sblendorio, 32, of Fanwood was arrested and charged with Hindering, following a welfare check that was conducted in front of CVS Pharmacy, 1252 Bound Brook Road. Ms. Sblendorio was released on her own recognizance. Officer Robert Dangler and Officer Joseph Centola investigated.

October 27 at 1:11 P.M. – The proprietor of Schifano Construction, 1 Smalley Avenue reported the theft of ten E-Z Pass transponders from company vehicles and approximately $25,000-$30,000 in fraudulent transactions. Officer Colin DeVincenzo and Detective Scott Mulford are investigating.

October 28 at 12:18 A.M. – Nicholas A. Magou, 35, of Mountainside was arrested and charged with DWI, following a motor vehicle stop on Greenbrook Road. Officer Anthony Painchaud investigated.

November 1 at 1:17 A.M. – Belarminio Sanchez Medina, 59, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with DWI, following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Road. Officer Bryan Rodrigues investigated.

November 4 at 7:42 A.M. – A resident of Bonnie Brook Terrace reported the theft of a BMW X3 from their driveway. The vehicle was reportedly left unlocked and unattended, with a key fob inside at the time of the incident. It was recovered in Green Brook. Officer Robert Dangler and Officer Joseph Centola investigated.

As is the case with all defendants, charges are merely accusations and they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
