Public Meeting Jan. 15 To Discuss 'Discover Downtown Dunellen' Idea
Dunellen is continuing plans to revitalize its downtown by advancing "Discover Downtown Dunellen," a Special Improvement District (SID).
DUNELLEN, NJ — The town of Dunellen invites all residents and those who live nearby to a public stakeholder meeting Jan. 15, which will discuss Dunellen's Special Improvement District proposal.
Dunellen is continuing plans to revitalize its downtown by advancing its "Discover Downtown Dunellen," a Special Improvement District (SID) initiative.
Getting public feedback is an important part of the process: The borough held its first stakeholder meeting in October, which focused on talking to local business and property owners within the proposed district. The proposed boundaries for the Special Improvement District include North Avenue between Jefferson and Smalley avenues, and sections of South and North Washington avenues.
