Atlantic Highlands Getting 16 New Modern Homes On Harbor View Drive

Construction started this week on Brant Point, 16 single-family homes on Harbor View Drive in Atlantic Highlands:

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ — Construction started this week on Brant Point, a collection of 16 single-family homes in Atlantic Highlands, with views overlooking Sandy Hook Bay.

The development will be located on Harbor View Drive to Avenue D. Homes start at $2.8 million. The first homes are scheduled to be completed in early 2025. See floorplans.

The developer is Denholtz Properties, and Deborah James of Sotheby’s International Realty is sales director for all sixteen homes.

Construction is being done by Lead Dog Custom Homes, a Red Bank-based luxury homebuilder. These are "modern coastal homes" from Spiezle Architectural Group, a well-known name on the Monmouth County real estate scene (Spiezle is also the architect used by Middletown school district).

  • Four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms
  • Floor plans ranging from 2,601 square feet to 3,473 square feet
  • Wide plank wood flooring
  • Views of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City skyline
  • A gas fireplace
  • Chef’s kitchen; island with quartz countertops
  • Select homes have elevator options and two-car garages.
  • Residents can choose to add a gunite pool

The Seastreak Ferry is a short drive away, with its one-hour ferry ride into New York City. Steastreak also provides direct trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, as well as Newport, Rhode Island.
