Coach and Former NFL Linebacker Speaks at Millburn School
Coach and football star Chet Parlevecchio spoke to third, fourth, and fifth graders at South Mountain School about character and team work.

On Sept. 24, Mr. Yezza, South Mountain School’s Physical Education teacher, asked Chet Parlevecchio, a coach for the Tennesseee Titans, former NFL linebacker, and West Orange resident to come in to speak to students in third through fifth grade.
Parlevecchio spoke to the students about character, teamwork, and the importance of having good fundamentals.
Not only has Chet coached and played football at the high school, college, and professional levels, but he was also a teacher in New Jersey.

“His life experiences came through in the presentation that he gave to the students, as well as the answers he was able to give to all of their questions,” the SMS Publicity Committee stated. “It was great for the kids to see that it is possible to do anything you dream as long as you work hard and never give up.”
