Coming Sunday To Millburn: Sidewalk Stroll

MILLBURN, NJ — This Sunday, Millburn is launching Sidewalk Stroll, a new family-friendly event that will be a “sneak peak” into Rocktoberfest. Residents can expect free live music and entertainment, as well as ribbon cuttings and business promotions from new shops along Upper Millburn Avenue.

Hosted by Explore Millburn, the event will take place from noon to 4pm on Sunday, September 12. Activities will span from Short Hills Ave to Baltusrol Way. Many new businesses and restaurants, such as Jack’s Lobster Shack and Bagel Pantry, will be showcasing their various products at the event.

The live music will be a preview of what is to come at Rocktoberfest, which will take place the following weekend on Saturday, September 18 in Taylor Park. Rocktoberfest is a music festival fundraiser featuring live music, Oktoberfest-inspired food and drinks and events for families. From noon until 10pm, the event will showcase over 20 bands and solo artists playing on two separate stages.
