Warby Parker offers a home try-on where customers can select five frames to test and have them shipped to their homes for free. Customers can try the frames out for five days and ship them back with a prepaid label. More information about this service can be found here.

There is also the option for a virtual try-on where people can use the Warby Parker iOS app, called Virtual Try-On, that lets customers try on various glasses styles virtually. More information can be found here.

Another app, called Virtual Vision Test by Warby Parker, allows users to update both glasses and contact lens prescriptions. This is not meant to replace a comprehensive eye exam, but more information can be found here. Customers will be charged $15 per prescription that is renewed.

Warby Parker is in network with United Healthcare and Spectra. Eligible members may be able to get a new pair of glasses for just their copay, which they said is normally $25 or less. They accept other forms of insurance, as well. Customers can ask a retail advisor or visit their website for more information.
