Fall Festival to Benefit Millburn Schools Slated for Sept. 20

The Education Foundation will hold its second annual festival to raise funds to support Millburn schools, programming, technology and more.

The school year has just begun and now local families can look forward to a day of fun at the second annual Education Foundation Fall Festival. This event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Millburn High School’s front lawn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Families of all ages will enjoy games, rides, music, food, and fun and have the opportunity to learn about the Education Foundation’s programs that support all of our schools with programming, technology and much more!

“We were thrilled with the success of last year’s first ever Fall Festival which allowed us to further our mission to support the Millburn/Short Hills schools,” the nonprofit’s president, Amy Talbert said.

“This year’s event will feature a similar mix of entertainment and refreshments to suit the entire family from elementary through high school ages. We look forward to seeing our community come together for a day of fun and fundraising.” Fun will be had at the many carnival games and rides for all ages including such hits as: bungee run, mechanical bull, Velcro wall, sumo wrestling, 77ft obstacle course, Wild One obstacle, rock wall climbing, Energizer, World of Sports, etc. Multiple food and refreshment vendors will satisfy all tastes.
