Local Dealership, MMAC, United Way—'Driven to Give'

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln hosts event to keep teens driving safe.

The United Way of Millburn-Short Hills, and the Millburn Municipal Alliance Committee are teaming up with Maplecrest Ford Lincoln to keep kids safe on the roads this weekend.

The dealership will provide crucial tips, educational clinics and demos geared toward teens on Saturday, April 20 at the first annual 'Driven To Give' event in the Millburn High School parking lot during the Krug Baseball Tournament.

“Many of us at Maplecrest are parents of teen drivers,” Stephen Giordano, the Dealer Principal at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln on Springfield Avenue said. “We understand how scary it can be for kids (and their parents) when these children turn 17 and suddenly they have mounds of responsibilities on their shoulders."
