Millburn 2021 Election Roundup: Candidates, Polling Locations
New Jersey's 2021 General Election takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 2. There are two important races going on in Millburn.

MILLBURN, NJ — Tuesday is election day in New Jersey, and Millburn voters should be ready to vote, if they have not done so already.

The 2021 General Election has allowed people to vote in more ways than ever, with in-person voting on Tuesday, as well as Vote-by-Mail ballots and early voting. There are two key elections happening in Millburn on Nov. 2 — the Township Committee election and the Board of Education election.

Two candidates are running for an open seat on Millburn’s Township Committee — Democrat Mayor Tara Prupis and Republican Oyin Owolabi.
For three open seats on Milburn’s Board of Education, there are eight candidates running. To learn about all the candidates, Patch has published profiles for each of them here.

Voters can still apply for a Vote-by-Mail ballot in person at the Essex County Clerk’s office until 3 p.m. on Nov. 1.
For in-person voting, polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday. The township announced that the Millburn Library polling location is open for voting during the library renovations. Voters can proceed to the library as usual if that is their polling location.

Your election district and voting location are printed on the face of your Sample Ballot, which is mailed to registered voters before an election. A voters' polling location may also be searched by clicking here.
