Millburn Hosts Virtual Discussion On Town's History Of Flooding

The township will hold a Zoom meeting to discuss Millburn's issues with flooding in the present and past on September 28.

MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn Township announced it will host a virtual discussion on the flooding issues the town has faced after Tropical Storm Ida, as well as in past storms.

The discussion will take place over Zoom on Tuesday, September 28 at 7 p.m. Registration is required.

Topics that will be covered include the history of flooding in Millburn, efforts that have been made to manage flooding in the township to date and next steps to mitigate severe flooding in the future.

John Rushke, an engineer from Mott MacDonald, will attend the meeting and provide some insight.
