The hearing on the proposed Stop and Shop, which was originally scheduled for Dec. 17, is now set for the Jan. 28 Zoning Board Meeting. According to the Millburn-Short Hills organization Residents for Traffic Safety, the Zoning Board's traffic consultant will question Stop and Shop's traffic expert. What do you think?
