Montclair Meeting Will Discuss Lackawanna Plaza, Townhouse Development

From The City of Montclair: Fourth Ward Councilwoman Dr. Renee Baskerville will host a community meeting on Tuesday, June 27, at 7 p.m. in Fire Department Headquarters, 1 Pine Street. Development in Montclair will be the major matter under discussion and will include Lackawanna Plaza, the Rectory and Montclairion II, as well as a new application for a seven-unit townhouse development at 360 Orange Road which will require a number of zoning variances.
