Montclair Real Estate Expert Joins 'Top 250 Latino Agents In America'

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A real estate agent in Montclair recently earned a nod as one of the “Top 250 Latino Agents in America.”

Jocelyn Russo, affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Realty Montclair office, has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as being among the Top 250 Latino Agents in America for 2022.

Russo ranked No. 33 among the Top 100 Latino Agents in the Northeast with 39 transactions, according to a statement from Coldwell Banker.

According to Coldwell Banker:

“This award recognizes the most successful Latino real estate agents in the United States, whose hard work, ambition and contributions have helped thousands of individuals to realize their dream of homeownership while supporting NAHREP's mission to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership.”

“Jocelyn has made a positive and measurable impact in the community, helping numerous people attain the lifestyle and financial benefits of owning a home,” said Rob Norman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York.

“She is admired and respected among her peers as a consummate professional who offers great expertise and dedication to every client,” Norman added. “I am pleased to congratulate Jocelyn on this distinguished honor,”

According to NAHREP, the Top 250 Latino Agents represented a combined total of 19,856 closed transaction sides and over $6.5 billion in sales volume in 2021. More than 2,000 agents were nominated from across the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Winners of the 2022 Top 250 Latino Agents Award self-reported an ethnic background of at least 25 percent Hispanic or Latino origin. The NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Awards, now in its 11th year and in association with Alterra Home Loans, evaluated agents in categories of top 250 agents, top teams, top agents and teams by volume, top agents in their respective regions, top rookie agents, and top buyers-side agents and teams.

The award winners will be recognized by NAHREP at L'ATTITUDE in San Diego on Sept. 22 to 25.
