Montclair Realtors Will Help Lead Women’s Council Of Realtors

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Coldwell Banker Realty recently announced the appointment of Lynne Mortimer and Patricia Davis from the company’s Montclair office to leadership positions within the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).

Mortimer has been named the incoming president of the New Jersey State Women’s Council of Realtors for 2025.

Davis will serve as the incoming treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors North Central Network for 2025.

The New Jersey State Women’s Council of Realtors is a network of realtors who work to advance women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities they serve.

• Lynne Mortimer brings over 30 years of experience as a full-time Realtor, dedicated to helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Mortimer holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation, achieved by fewer than 5% of Realtors nationwide. Her accolades include the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award from 1990-2023, the NJ Realtors Distinguished Sales Club Award, and the West Essex Realtor of the Year for both 2001 and 2016. Mortimer has served in numerous leadership roles within local and national real estate organizations, including the National Association of Realtors and the Council of Certified Residential Specialists.
• Patricia Davis has nearly 15 years of residential real estate experience, complemented by over a decade as a condominium board president and two decades in corporate finance and operations. She specializes in luxury real estate and prides herself on delivering superior service to her clients. Davis is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and holds several real estate designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Her professional journey has been influenced by her early exposure to real estate through her father's career in commercial property management, and she is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes.
