Between Nov. 1, 2016, to April 26, 2017, while an inmate at Fort Dix, Noble conspired with other inmates to receive and distribute child porn images as he was serving an 81-month sentence. He was scheduled to be released on March 8, 2018, federal officials said.

Noble was able to access the images on the “dark web” using cell phones that had been smuggled into the prison, officials added. The conspirators then stored the images on shared micro-SD cards.
