$10K Reward Offered for Info on IHOP Shooting
Manager killed, two wounded at restaurant Saturday

Authorities are asking anyone able to identify the person in the attached photo to contact them. He is wanted for questioning in connection with the fatal shooting at the IHOP restaurant on Bergen Street March 23.
Anyone who can identify the person in the photograph should call the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force tips line at 1-877-847-7432.
Authorities are also asking for patrons who used smart phones to take photographs during the disturbance to contact the tips line.
At approximately 3:30 a.m, Papa Khaly Ndiaye, 30, of Middlesex Borough, the manager of the IHOP, was shot along with two others during an early morning shooting inside the restaurant. Ndiaye was pronounced dead at University Hospital several hours after the shooting. One man remains hospitalized in stable condition. A third man was treated and released on the day of the shooting.
A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered by the Essex County Sheriff’s Crimestoppers Program to anyone providing information that leads to an arrest.
