Career Fair Planned at Essex County College

Essex County College will host its annual Spring Career Fair on Wednesday, April 10, 1 to 4 p.m. on its main campus at 303 University Ave.

The event, to be held in the college’s gymnasium, will be attended by representatives from more than 40 Essex County area employers.

The career fair is sponsored by a grant from the federal Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act. It is also being held in partnership with ECC’s Job Development Committee, Training, Inc., Workforce Development, Corporate & Business Training, and the Office of Student Development & Counseling.

Accessible Home Health Care, Damaskus Bakery, the Air Force ROTC, Primerica, Good Temps, the Philadephia Police Department, NJ Transit and Vitel Communications are among the employers scheduled to attend.
