A fall festival and Halloween parade will take place on Oct. 31.
NEWARK, NJ — A fall festival and Halloween parade will take place in Newark’s East Ward at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31.
The parade will begin at Peter Francisco Park (at Ferry Street and Edison Place), and end at Ironbound Stadium (on St. Charles Street).
Visitors are invited to stay at the stadium for food, entertainment and activities after the parade.
