NEWARK, NJ - Flooding on I-78 in Newark has prompted commuting delays Friday morning, authorities said.
As of 6 a.m., there’s flooding on I-78 express lanes eastbound east of Exit 56 - Elizabeth Avenue in Newark, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
One left lane is currently closed, the agency said.
