School Candidates Forum is April 11
Final meeting of all those vying for a seat on school advisory board before April 16 election
The Newark NAACP and League of Women Voters-Newark will host a Forum for the candidates of the Newark Public Schools Advisory Board on Thursday, April 11. The Forum will be held at One Court Street at 6.30pm.
The community will have a last opportunity to learn more about the candidates and hear their views prior to the upcoming election on Tuesday, April 16.
Six candidates are vying for three seats up for election later this month.
