There is a ballot dropbox in New Brunswick in front of the Middlesex County Administration Building at 75 Bayard Street. The dropbox is located in front of the front entrance.

If you are voting by mail, your ballot must be postmarked by Nov. 8. Track my mail-in ballot.

U.S. Congress: New Brunswick is in the Sixth Congressional District, long represented by Frank Pallone, a Democrat. This year, he will be challenged by Republican Sue Kiley, the former mayor of Hazlet and a Monmouth County Commissioner.

Longtime New Brunswick Mayor James Cahill, Democrat, who has been in office since 1991, is challenged by Charlie Kratovil (independent) and Maria Powell (Republican). Cahill has been New Brunswick's mayor for the past 31 years. He refused to participate in a mayoral debate held by the League of Women Voters; both Kratovil and Powell participated. Also last week, Kratovil said the city took down his campaign signs.
