Latino Leadership Alliance Granted $50,000 for Documentary

The Latino Leadership Alliance of New Brunswick was recently announced as the recipient of $50,000 from the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey.

According to the foundation, 24 organizations in New Jersey were awarded a total of $437,500 in grants to support their respective efforts.

The Latino Leadership Alliance Foundation's grant money will be put toward the production of a 30-minute health documentary

“The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey commends the work that non-profit organizations are doing to make a positive difference in New Jersey’s communities,” said Robert A. Marino, Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey and Chairman and CEO of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, in a prepared statement. “These grants help to support initiatives that improve the health and enhance the cultural and arts experience of residents all across our state.”
