
The Mayor's Office has announced that cooling stations have been opened up in the city for residents to seek respite from this week's heat wave.
Spokesman Russell Marchetta said that the New Brunswick Senior Center, 81 Huntington St., will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the New Brunswick Free Public Library, 60 Livingston Ave., will be open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25 and Wednesday, June 26.
Both buildings are air conditioned and open to the public.
