Dinner and a Show
The New Brunswick Community Food Alliance will hold a fundraiser at Elijah's Promise on Friday.
A network of food and economic advocates in New Brunswick invite city residents to Elijah's Promise on Friday night for live music, a bite to eat and a fundraiser for a local cause.
"Song Kitchen" will be held from 8-11 p.m. Friday, June 28 at Elijah's Promise, 18 Neilson St.
The suggested donation is $20. Proceeds will benefit the initiatives of the New Brunswick Community Food Alliance (NBCFA), which include urban agriculture, community gardens, soup kitchens and economic development in New Brunswick.
Food and beverages will be served and musical entertainment will be provided by a number of acts, including Shades of Grey, Mickey Maguire and the Food Alliance All-Star Band, featuring members of the NBCFA.
