Middlesex County Hosts Caregiver Mindfulness Retreat June 21

On Wednesday, June 21, the Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services invites you to a free "Caregiver Mindfulness Retreat" at Rutgers Gardens.

This free public event is open to any and all caregivers in Middlesex County, and focus on self-care, mindfulness and tips on how to defeat caregiver burnout.

This event is free, but registration is required. To register, click here. Registration for this event was originally slated to end on June 9, but has been extended and will now close on Tuesday, June 13.
