Pharmaceutical Company Expands Piscataway Headquarters
Appco, which makes generics of pharmaceuticals, is expanding their headquarters on Old New Brunswick Road.
PISCATAWAY, NJ — A 140,000-square-foot industrial building at 262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway was just leased by Appco Pharma LLC, a pharmaceutical company.
Appco already has office space there, and they now plan to expand operations.
Bussel Realty Corp. handled the transaction and Bussel Realty president Steve Bussel represented the landlord, Richards & Robbins.

“This expansion by Appco Pharma, a current tenant in 262 Old New Brunswick Road, was ideal for its growth plans,” noted Bussel. “It was a pleasure to work with Richards & Robbins in completing this transaction.”
Established in 2012, Appco is a New Jersey-based generic drug development and pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Its Piscataway offices are where they manufacture the drugs.
