Pine Street Health Fair Offers Fun Family Fitness
The day's schedule includes free health screenings, a fitness challenge between elementary schools, free lunch, raffles and a produce sale.

Pine Street Recreation Park will against host an annual health fair that offers a slew of screenings, physical activities, food and fun.
The sixth annual "Working Toward a Healthy New Brunswick" Neighborhood Health Fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1 at the park, located at the corner of Georges Road and Pine Street.
Admission to the event is free.

The day's events include:
- Health screenings
- Free lunch
- A friendly fitness challenge between the students of Lord Stirling Community School, Paul Robeson Community School and Livingston Elementary School, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
- Face painting
- A fruit and vegetable sale
- Prizes
The day is sponsored by the Civic League of Greater New Brunswick and the Georges Road Gateway Program.
