1. Rep. Rush Holt is vying against Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Congressman Frank Pallone, and Assemblywoman Sheila Oliver for a seat in the U.S. Senate in today's primaries. Click here to locate your polling place.
2. Do you, or your friends or family need to practice their English-speaking skills? The New Brunswick Free Public Library will hold a free ESL conversation group from 7-8:30 p.m. tonight, Tuesday, Aug. 13 for adults over the age of 18 who can speak some English. Registration is required.
