What's happening in New Brunswick today? Here's some events scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 1.
1. The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host a procurement fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rutgers Student Center, 126 College Ave.
More than 50 exhibitors will be in attendance, workshops will be offered throughout the day and admission is free. Click here for more information.
2. The New Brunswick Jazz Project will present the Lee Hogans Quartet from 8-11 p.m. at Makeda Ethiopian Restaurant, 338 George St. Admission is $5.
3. Teens between the ages of 12-18 are invited to come to the library at 3 p.m. today to test their palates at "Teen Food Factor". The winner gets a candy prize, according to the library.
