1. OFA-NJ will hold a screening of "The Dream is Now" at 6 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Aug. 29 at Crossroads Theatre.
2. Do you have plans for the holiday weekend yet? How about Atlantic City?
A bus trip to Atlantic City is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 31 leaving from the Progressive Temple on Hale Street. Tickets are $35.
3. The New Brunswick Community Farmers Market will be open from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. today at 178 Jones Ave. There is on-site parking and easy access to NJ Transit buses. Browse the fresh produce of summer!
4. The city is looking for volunteers who want to improve the cleanliness of their neighborhoods by serving as Block Captains. More information is available here.
