Five Things You Need To Know Today: July 31
Today, Summit Playhouse will present "The Wizard of Oz," Woodbridge Community Youth Players will present their final showing of "Curtains," and Summit Farmers Market will be open.

1. If you're looking to venture out of the borough today, the Woodbridge Community Youth Players will present at the Hungarian American Club, located at 95 Port Reading Avenue in Woodbridge. 2. The Summit Playhouse presents "The Wizard of Oz" tonight, as well as August 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th, at 7:30 p.m. There are also matinee shows on July 31 and August 8 at 3 p.m. This theater is kid friendly, non-smoking and wheelchair accessible. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/184056.
3. The Summit Farmers Market will be open today from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Maple Street and Deforest Avenue in Summit. Fresh, local produce will be available for purchase. All are welcome.

4. There will be a garage sale today at 770 Kimball Ave. in Westfield from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Items for sale will include furniture, household items, clothes, toys and much more. All are welcome.
5. There will be an Art Gallery on the walls of Hat Tavern, located at 570 Springfield Avenue in Summit, from 5 to 11 p.m. today. The gallery will feature artists Anina Gerchick and Teddy Sumner. For more information, please call 908-273-7656.
