Ramapo-Indian Hills High School Impresses in Fashion Competition

The Ramapo-Indian Hills Family and Consumer Science Department has really made a name for themselves with their showing in the New Jersey Society Daughters of the American Revolution 2013 Fashion Design Contest.

Thirty-five winners from the State of New Jersey were announced and 22 of them were from the Ramapo-Indian Hills school district. Entries were judged based on technical merit and construction features.

"We are extremely proud of both the students and the staff involved, and I'd like to congratulate them," said Indian Hills High School Principal Al Evangelista. "The work that these young ladies do in this fashion area is just incredible. They are very, very talented and they do a spectacular job. For them to compete and do as well as they do speaks very highly of our students and staff."
