Free Seminar to Help Ocean City Property Owners Prepare for Summer

The seminar is Saturday at the Music Pier.

Ocean City, NJ -- The Ocean City Board of Realtors and the City of Ocean City will host a free seminar, “Preparing for Summer,” on Saturday, April 30, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Ocean City Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace.

Homeowners, rental property owners and second homeowners will learn about protecting and preparing their real estate investment.
