Four Days. January 20, 22, 27 & 29, 6pm - 7:00pm. This Four-session program is available to help you to quit smoking. The decision to quit smoking is a fresh start to a new life. The sessions will teach youhow to stop and how to stay stopped, how to cope with urges, withdrawal, medication options, and many other helpful topics to help you quit. Attendance is required at all four sessions.
