Bias Intimidation, Criminal Mischief: Princeton Police Blotter
The Princeton police blotter dated Aug. 19 had the following reports:

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by Princeton Police:
PRINCETON, NJ On Aug. 15, patrols responded to a park on Snowden Lane for the report of criminal mischief, which was later determined to also be a bias incident. The complainant told police that on Aug. 14 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) defaced two buildings in the park with graffiti. The graffiti stated, "Global INTIFADA Death to the IDF" and "Feed Gaza," totaling damages in the amount of $1,450. There are no suspects at this time.
On Aug. 15, at 7:07 p.m., patrols responded to a park located on Mountain Avenue for the report of criminal mischief, later determined to be a bias incident. The complainant reported observing white graffiti on the doors to both restrooms. The graffiti stated, “"Death to The IDF! Global Intifada From The River To the Sea.” The complainant estimated that it would cost approximately $300 to repair the doors. There are no suspects at this time.

On Aug. 16, at 11:36 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop for speeding, the driver/registered owner was found to have a criminal warrant for $1,250 and a traffic warrant for $1,250 from the Trenton Municipal Court (both with 10 percent options). The 20-year-old was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters, where she was processed and posted bail for each warrant. She was released on her own recognizance with a new court date.
On Aug. 16, at 2:06 a.m., following a motor vehicle stop for Failure to Keep Right, the driver was found to be Driving While Intoxicated. The 58-year-old was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters, where he was processed. After the completion of his arrest processing, the West Windsor resident was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to keep right, and throwing debris from a vehicle. He was later released to a sober adult.

On Aug. 16, at 12:01 a.m., following a motor vehicle stop for careless driving, the driver was found to be driving while intoxicated. The 23-year-old was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed. At the completion of his arrest processing, the Hamilton resident was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to possess an insurance card. He was released to a sober adult.
