Former Princeton Township Police Chief Anthony Pinelli Has Died
Pinelli retired in 1987

Former Princeton Township Police Chief Anthony Mario Pinelli, 73, died on Saturday.
Pinelli joined the Princeton Township Police Department in 1961 and served for more than 26 years.
He began as a patrolman, servied as a juvenile officer and moved up through the ranks, retiring as chief in 1987.

Pinelli and his wife, Luemma King moved to Montana in 1991 and Pinni became a National Park Ranger at the National Bison Range in Moiese Montana for four years.
He is survived by Luemma Pinelli, his wife of 49 years, three children, seven grandchildren, three sisters and a brother.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Avenue in Princeton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 214 Nassau Street and he will be laid to rest at Princeton Cemetary.
A viewing will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
